Even if you’re not available to join for the live sessions, we invite you to sign up to receive all of the online tools and support which you can access at your convenience.

There’s no pressure to set a quit date or take any specific steps during the 4-week program. Instead, it’s all about providing tools and support to help you prepare for when you do feel ready to take action towards quitting smoking or vaping.

Taking part in a structured tobacco cessation program run by our Smokers’ Helpline team means you’ll receive expert guidance and support throughout the process, increasing your chances of success.
