The Smokers’ Helpline has always valued the contribution of community partners in the area of tobacco control and wellness. Since the launch of the SHL, partners have been invited to work with the Helpline to create success in the area of tobacco control.
The Smokers' Helpline Advisory Board was established in December 2002 to provide the Newfoundland & Labrador Smokers' Helpline Director with advice and direction on promoting the Smokers’ Helpline. The Advisory Board is made up of key provincial stakeholders and community members who are working in the area of tobacco control and support the Smokers’ Helpline’s efforts.
